Return Window

You can return your Jet Insoles within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Used insoles are eligible for return.

• Insoles that have been trimmed, altered, or modified are not eligible for return.

• Original packaging is not required.

Refunds

• We offer full refunds, including original shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We do not provide prepaid return labels.

• International returns are not accepted at this time.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, email us at hello@getjetinsoles.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll send you a replacement at no cost once we receive and inspect the original item.
